Return or Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

• The product has a major defect

Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused

• The product must be in its original condition

• The product should be returned with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed time period may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
